Operating in the field of alarm monitoring for over 30 years, Chubb performs to the Telecare Service Association (TSA) standards but have also set our own internal metrics higher than the industry standards.
We monitor incoming emergency alarm calls (telecare, care provider, door entry, access control, etc), and can provide additional services such as outbound reassurance calls, manual equipment test calls and lone worker monitoring to meet client needs as required.
We exceed the current TSA standards for call handling with the capacity to increase our current operation by approximately 50%, utilising our existing infrastructure.
Line utilisation is monitored to ensure that it does not exceed the TSA required 50% capacity via electronic management reports, and is ratified by our TSA accreditation audits and performance reporting internally to senior management on a monthly basis.
