The system effectively manages live fire risk assessment data from multiple locations, allowing it to be shared locally and nationally by authorised company personnel to maximise the efficiency and accountability of their fire risk assessment strategies.

It means they have complete visibility of their fire risk assessment documents and schedules, and both local and national management are able to track and monitor progress and improvements in fire safety.”
As a bespoke technology, Global can be tailored to replicate an organisation’s reporting structure, thereby providing extensive management analysis in a concise format. The management analysis enables organisations to prioritise contravention management in accordance with agreed timescales, and the information can be organised either by risk severity or site location.
In terms of functionality, Global enables managers to view photographs of each site and any specific risks identified, and also allows CAD plans to be reviewed on-line. Working with Chubb Fire’s consultants, these plans can be marked with specific areas where potential contraventions have been noted, and a complete asset register can be compiled of fire safety equipment for each premises.
