ChubbmySite includes invoice and statement management, where customers can securely view and print their invoices and statements, switch to direct debit payment or make secure online payments.
The portal also allows customers to view the system activity on their monitored intruder alarms, including the times that their intruder systems are set and unset, which can be valuable to multi-site customers. It also provides a log of their previous and booked engineer visits and service history, and enables them to change aspects of their contract such as their nominated keyholder, which proves useful when reassigning duties during employee planned or unplanned absences.
