This Police calling system is fully EN Grade 2 certified and monitored by the Chubb Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Police Unique Reference Number (URN) administration and NSI certificate fees are included.
The system includes an external sounder with LEDs which provide a visual deterrent and can incorporate an extensive range of peripherals including smoke, flood or carbon monoxide detection.

It is suitable for a range of premises from your home, office, shop, commercial or industrial premises, and satisfies medium to high security applications. It can be used either as a standalone intruder security system or as part of an integrated system with door control and remote management tools ideally suited to use by security managers. It also supports both wired and wireless detection devices. Can be installed to EN Security Grade 2 or 3 and is scalable from 8 to 512 detection zones.
The Chubb ATS Master is a fully integrated security solution which offers flexible and scalable intruder protection with optional fully functional access control system integration. ATS Master can be used for Police calling with the appropriate alarm signalling solution and provides protection for your office, shop, commercial or industrial premises allowing you to focus on what is important to you or your business. ATS Master can be further integrated with both video and fire D&A protection when managed by the ATS8600 Integrated Security Management software. It is suitable for medium to high security applications and supports both wired and wireless detection devices. Can be installed to EN Security Grade 2 or 3 and is scalable from 16 to 256 detection zones.

Beam detection (often referred to as Active Infrared Beam Detection) is an established and reliable form of perimeter intruder detection suitable for both indoor and extreme outdoor applications. With a range of 10m to 200m they can be used to cover greater distances than passive space detection. Protecting the perimeter of your premises offers advanced warning of unauthorised access and therefore a quicker response to an intrusion attempt subsequently reducing the risk to people or valuable assets.
Active infrared beams utilise point to point detection to provide a high level of security for many commercial applications, for example: external perimeters or fence lines, large internal perimeters such as warehousing and sports halls, windows and large glazed areas, roller shutters or loading bays or to protect a cordoned off area such as a display in a museum.
Door and window sensors (often referred to as contacts) are an essential part of the perimeter detection of any intruder alarm system. If a protected door or window is opened or breached when the alarm system is armed the sensor will send a message to the control panel to notify of an intrusion.
Door and window contacts are available to suit all applications from low, medium to high security as well as environmental applications and are graded respectively according to British Standards.
Higher grade contacts tend to have anti substitution defences such as anti-sabotage protection using magnetic interference immunity.
In addition to conventional intruder detection devices there are many different auxiliary detection devices available to provide end users with early warning of non-security related environmental conditions that may increase risk to either persons or property such as: flood or water ingress, carbon monoxide, smoke and/or heat, plant protection for example fridge/ freezer/ IT server room temperature/humidity monitoring.
Space detection (often referred to as Movement Detectors) are an integral component in most intruder alarm systems. Movement detectors normally utilise either PIR (passive infrared) or microwave technologies, and often a combination of both, to deliver a solution with improved false alarm immunity (referred to as dual-tech).
Movement detection is used as trap protection to cover an area such as a room or hallway internal to the perimeter of the building. These technologies work by detecting a moving object or heat source within the field of detection and can also be used to trigger other security applications.
Protecting your premises in this way allows you protect large and often awkward areas from attempted intrusion subsequently reducing the risk to people or valuable assets.
In addition to conventional intruder detection Chubb intrusion panels are also able to support safety detection devices, which are designed to provide end users with early warning of potential threat to either persons, employees or property such as: carbon monoxide, smoke and/or heat detection or Hold Up Alarms (HUA) often referred to as Personal Attack buttons (PA) also supporting disabled call alarms and medical alert devices for the elderly or infirm.
If activated by an environmental change such as smoke or gas leak, or deliberately activated by a person under threat, then the system, if remotely monitored, is able to generate an alarm signal to the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) which in turn can initiate a response by a designated person or relevant emergency service.
Wall penetration detection (often referred to as vibration detectors) are a valuable addition to any intruder alarm system when increased levels of perimeter protection are paramount to ensure early detection of an attempted break-in.
Vibration detection solutions vary according to risk and the type of perimeter building structure you are trying to protect, from walls to ceiling or doors & window frames and external fencing. These technologies can also be used to protect higher security risks such as safes, vaults and ATMs.
Detectors are available as single small format devices which can be grouped together to protect an entire wall or alternatively a specialist seismic detection cable that is fitted directly along the entire length of the wall or ceiling.
Chubb offer external audible warning devices that offer a visual deterrent to would be criminals and will sound in accordance with noise standards and the customers specific requirements. Internal sounders are also used to alert anyone in the building of a potential threat.
Alarm signalling also known as an Alarm Transmission System (ATS), is the method used to send alarm events to the Chubb secure monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Upon receipt of a valid alarm signal the ARC operative will contact the relevant keyholder or request the attendance of the appropriate authorities to the site.
An alarm transmission system solution will be recommended /selected, based on a security risk assessment. The selected solution will meet your stringent requirements or that of any insurance provider. Many of today’s ATSs offer more than one continually monitored transmission path providing early warning of any malicious attack to the alarm signals, and redundancy through the use of diverse path technologies. Sometimes referred to as ‘dual signalling’ this adds additional resilience against compromise of one path.
