Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commences our journey toward a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, challenges and opportunities, and acknowledges our support of the reconciliation process.

We have identified 6 key objectives to help ensure the vision and spirit of reconciliation is realised. 

  1. Increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employee representation.
  2. Raise cultural awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people among employees.
  3. Provide training and development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
  4. Demonstrate an inclusive, supportive and encouraging environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and prospective employees.
  5. Engage local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses for services in communities where we operate.
  6. Evaluate our engagement strategies for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
