These new installations follow an earlier contract to provide fire and security systems at Three Piccadilly Place

Chubb has been awarded fire and security installation contracts at Four and Five Piccadilly Place, the prestigious residential and commercial buildings in Manchester.  These new installations follow an earlier contract to provide fire and security systems at Three Piccadilly Place.

Chubb has designed and installed a bespoke fire and security system at Four Piccadilly Place, including intruder, CCTV and access control, fully integrated with the fire detection and alarm technology. The contract was awarded through Shepherd Engineering Services Limited (SES), with whom Chubb has worked previously. Four Piccadilly Place offers 125,000 sq ft of office accommodation over seven levels and is due for completion later this year.

At Five Piccadilly Place, Liverpool based A&B Engineering has chosen Chubb specifically for its fire safety expertise and previous knowledge of the business. The system installed is based around early warning smoke detection technology. Five Piccadilly Place is home to The Hub, a 167-apartment development spanning 10 storeys.
