Police response (Unique Reference Number, URN) will be withdrawn after three false alarms, there must be a clear period of 90 days without any further false alarms before the police will consider a re-application.  We will contact you to recommend a system upgrade where required or to reactivate your Police URN. Police response will be withdrawn after a single strike for a Hold-up alarm.  The Police response (Unique Reference Number, URN) can be reactivated immediately if an additional means of alarm verification is installed, for further information please contact our false alarm management team on 0344 879 1878 of email fam@chubb.co.uk.
Where an alarm signal is passed to the police but they are not required to attend i.e. a member of staff enters the incorrect alarm code or the holdup alarm is pushed in error. If you have a false alarm activation please refer to your contract paperwork for the Alarm Receiving Centre number immediately who will inform the police.

We can only assign an engineer if you have contract details and someone will be on site as engineer will need access.
If you are thinking of moving or are moving, contact us on 0800 32 1666 (option one) to ensure we can make all the necessary arrangements. You can also benefit from our special Chubb Movers packages, keeping you protected in your new premises.
If the contract is not in your name and we sent an engineer the invoice would go to the previous property owner, so you need to have their permission, or ask them.
This is dependent on the service level agreement which you have chosen when you purchased your alarm system, please contact your local contact if you need any clarification.
